The Jewish Federation of Greater St. Paul is looking for a few good people

fed-st-paulAre you interested in a chance to delve deeply into a stimulating subject, connect with interesting people and make a difference in our community? The Jewish Federation of Greater St. Paul is seeking people to serve on research and recommendation panels to address the first two priority issues the community chose from the Community Planning Listening Session process:

  • Priority 1. ‘Build the foundation of community: Warm, welcoming connections.’: We’re looking for people who have a desire and an understanding of how to create welcoming communities. Some examples might include people involved in recruitment, hospitality, and realty.
  •  Priority 2. ‘Engage the next generation: Reach out – l’dor vador.’: We are looking for people who are involved with organizations focused on and engaging with youth and young adults.  Some examples might be people interested in young leadership and professional groups, summer camps and youth focused activities.

The panels will identify the current state of affairs, learn from others locally and nationally who have engaged in similar work, and identify aspirational goals for the St. Paul Jewish community with recommendations for a path forward.

If you would like to nominate someone from St. Paul or involved in the St. Paul Jewish community whom you think would be ideal for either panel – or nominate yourself – please use these links:
