Temple of Aaron is Seeking Part-time Youth Director. Do you have what it takes?

Temple of Aaron, a 1000+ family progresive Conservative synagogue in St. Paul is seeking a part-time Youth Director to head its various youth programming.

The Youth Director develops, organizes, publicizes and oversees programming for youth from 3rd -12th grade with the help of professionals, advisors and lay leadership.

The Youth Director is an integral part of the Temple of Aaron professional staff.  He or she will work collaboratively with other members of the staff and lay leadership to enhance informal Jewish experiential activities throughout the many arms of our synagogue.

Candidates for this position should have experience with Jewish youth groups, Jewish summer camps, etc.

He or she is expected to be a mentor and role model to the congregation’s youth. This candidate should also exhibit a strong knowledge of Judaism and the Conservative Jewish lifestyle.
