I enjoy your humor along with the recipes. I have been reading a lot lately about baking with olive oil and recently had a great piece of olive oil cake from Al Vento. It was wonderfully moist and didn&#039;t really taste like olive oil, although I would drink good olive oil straight out of the bottle. It didn&#039;t occur to me that Chanukah food was allowed to be made without actually frying something, so thanks for this breath of fresh air....when I think about it, it&#039;s just about using oil in some way. I love latkes but don&#039;t love the smell of grease in my house and clothes for days...</description>
