Don’t miss these stories on: Women of the Wall founder arrested (with video), Clintons in the Jewish news, Mickey mouse Nazi art, Emmer and the Republican Jewish Coalition, and Aaron Gleeman on dining in the suburbs.
A lot of crazy #%$* happens in the Jewish world each week. Don’t miss these stories on why I hate United Airlines, anti-Semitism in Minnesota, more drama around building houses for Jews in Jerusalem, and Orthodox Jews throwing chairs.
Don’t miss this week’s hottest Jewish News. A terrorist attack on a Northwest Airlines flight, a fake Jewish American (Disney) Princess, a fake (maybe?) apology to the Jews from former President Carter, a failed Miss Palestine pageant, health care reform update, Europe’s Israel obsession, and female protesters in talitot at the Western Wall.
International Solidarity Day with the Women of the Wall reminds me of my own painful experience trying to pray, wrapped in tallis and tefillin, at the Western Wall at the age of 16.
