Wanted: TC Jewfolk News Writing Intern
We’re looking for a news writing intern to join our team. Are you passionate about Jewish news? A strong journalist who can work within quick deadlines? Familiar with the blogosphere? If so, you may be the person we’re looking for!
Under the direction of the Editor-in-Chief, the news writing intern will contribute 2-3 short news stories per week to the blog. Stories will primarily be about national and international Jewish news topics, but may include local news as well.
The internship will require approximately 10-15 hours per week from the comfort of your home or favorite coffee shop. You’ll meet with our editorial staff in person during bi-monthly meetings to discuss the editorial calendar and receive feedback, and will communicate regularly via email and occasional phone calls. This is an unpaid internship; academic credit may be available through your program.
