1st Annual TC Jewfolk Recipe Contest!

We know the suspense has been killing you, but the wait is over. The 1st Annual TC Jewfolk Recipe Contest is officially under way! As part of January’s CrossRiver Kosherfest, of which TC Jewfolk is a presenting sponsor, we’re hosting a recipe contest–complete with real food tastings, celebrity judges, and actual prize money! Even if you don’t submit a recipe, make sure you come to Kosherfest on January 11th, where we’ll be announcing the contest winners. Tickets are $15 for adults, but if you’re a member of TC Jewfolk (you’ve given at least $18 since January 2014) we’ll hook you up with a special $5 ticket. But back to the contest…

Are the holidays at your house because your brisket is to die for?
Are your matzoh balls puffy clouds of eggy goodness?
Do the ladies at temple roll their eyes at you because your hamentashen are just perfect?

If you answered yes to any of these (or the list of other questions we batted around at HQ), then submit a recipe and you could take home $250! There are prizes for 2nd and 3rd place as well, but $250 sounds really nice, doesn’t it? You’ll also be featured on TCJewfolk.com and get tons of invites to potlucks.

Maybe you'll make these fancy gefilte fish balls...
