As I look back on that time in my life, I realize that I was afraid to talk about it with other people because I didn’t want my children to be labeled and I didn’t want to open up about the day-to-day stress. I was left feeling as if I hadn’t done enough.
Believe that you will be a happier, kinder, more generous person by practicing self-care, and this will be a true gift that you will share with your family and everyone around you.
