Who The Folk?! Lenny Gale

After years in the corporate grind, Lenny Gale decided it was time to prioritize his health, leading him to create a resource that has changed lives and become a home-based business for him and his wife, Shalva. The two started Blending For Good, a Vitamix-affiliated website that offers meal-planning tips and recipes, as well as tips to better use the blender. The business is also a certified B-Corp and gives a minimum of 2% of gross revenue to No Kid Hungry. On this episode, we talk about why they started the business, running an ethically-driven company, and being an influencer, on this week’s Who The Folk?! Podcast.

Plus, here’s a link to the recipes we discuss, including their take on the Lunds & Byerlys Chicken Wild Rice Soup.
