Who The Folk?! Sari Lennick and Andrew Zuckerman

One night at a Minneapolis bar, young filmmaker Andrew Zuckerman approached actress Sari Lennick and her husband, and asked if she would be interested in reading a script he was working. Shooting his shot that night was the start of a friendship between Zuckerman and Lennick, which has culminated in the upcoming premiere of the film Good Sporta film that was written and shot entirely in Minnesota. We have a wide-ranging discussion about filmmaking in Minnesota, how Zuckerman met Lennick, and Lennick’s experience working for the Coen Brothers in A Serious Man

The opening run of the film is at the Mann Edina Theatre, Aug. 13-20. Each screening will be followed by a live Q&A with members of the cast, producers, and crew, offering audiences a behind-the-scenes look at the making of this Minnesota-grown film.
