Greater Twin Cities United Way

Greater Twin Cities United Way’s 2-1-1 Resource Hotline is the first call for help. If you or someone you know needs assistance accessing food or stable housing, paying housing bills or in-need of other essential services, dial 2-1-1 or text the letters MNCOVID to 898-211. A Certified Community Resource Specialist will help you find available resources in your area. Additionally, visit our 2-1-1 resource website for the latest information on COVID-19. Thank you to GTCUW’s 100,000 annual donors who make this service available at times like this, and all the time.

JustUs Health

The new JustUs Health COVID Community Coordinators are available at (612) 254-0116 and [email protected] for any COVID-related concerns. If you have questions about testing sites, prevention, personal protective equipment (PPE), housing assistance, and more, they will help you to access the resources you need. The JustUs Health Hotline is open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, and any calls that come through outside of those times will be returned within one day. Their focus is to serve the LGBTQ+ Community and those living with HIV, but their comprehensive services are open to all. They also provide free PPE.
