Pedagogy of Partnership is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the PoP team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The PoP Administrative Assistant should enjoy implementing organizational tools and be able to navigate a workplace with shifting priorities. A great deal of the work in this position is done independently, requiring someone who is comfortable and adept at working on their own. Pedagogy of Partnership is powered by Hadar.

This 28 hours a week position is remote with a preference for someone based in Minneapolis, Boston, or New York and reports to the PoP Operations and Communications Manager. This position includes paid time off.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain forms, program calendars, content material, and contact lists
  • Track expenses and provide assistance for invoicing 
  • Support tech operations, including google site and video library upkeep, Zoom assistance for all programs, and managing databases
  • Support program operations, including program setup, tracking attendance, updating and formatting materials, and creating online links
  • Provide scheduling support for co-directors, including making appointments, sending reminders, and organizing travel 
  • Assist with communications, including writing and editing emails 
  • Implement 5-6 physical mailings a year in conjunction with PoP programs
  • Attend and support execution of PoP programs
  • Virtual office upkeep and growth (supplies, software, systems backup) 
  • Provide day-to-day assistance for the PoP team and PoP coaches

Experience and Qualifications Requirements: 


  • Excellent organizational skills are a must. Must be able to track and report on progress and attend to multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, virtual “office” environment
  • Experience working with a range of software, such as Google Workspace and Zoom Professional. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Adept at calendar management, scheduling, and email management
  • Experience with low-level bookkeeping
  • Ability to be self-directed, detailed oriented, and flexible. 
  • Possess excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills with the ability to ask questions and learn

Additional Information

The salary for this position is $35,000 annually. This position includes paid time off.
