Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Principal of General Studies, middle school teachers are expected to:

  • Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula/learning targets based on the MN Academic Standards for Social Studies
  • Select and suggest materials and supplies to implement lessons
  • Use a variety of assessments to evaluate and record student growth
  • Maintain high educational rigor
  • Keep student attendance records, grades, and parent communication up to date
  • Adhere to Torah Academy’s mission statement, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

Qualifications

  • MN Teacher Licensure – Preferred but not required – or
  • Expired Teaching License – or
  • Degree in a related field

Additional Information
