In the second session, learn how to cook stuffed dough – Kade (dough stuffed with cheese) & Sambusak (fried dough stuffed with chickpeas.)
The class will also cover the proper techniques for cooking Kade & Sambusak. Students will have the chance to taste the dishes they have prepared and may take some home with them to share with friends and family.
This cooking class is a great way to explore the flavors and traditions of Israeli Kurdish cuisine and gain hands-on experience in preparing delicious and authentic Kurdish dishes.
