In the first class, you will learn how to cook three kinds of kubbeh. Kubbeh adom (with red soup), kubbeh hamusta ( with green soup), and kubbeh hamu (with yellow soup.) You can learn about the dish’s different variations and regional styles.
The class will also cover the proper techniques for cooking kubbeh, such as boiling, frying, or baking. Students will have the chance to taste the kubbeh they have prepared and may take some home with them to share with friends and family.
This cooking class is a great way to explore the flavors and traditions of Israeli Kurdish cuisine and gain hands-on experience in preparing delicious and authentic Kurdish dishes.
