Play: Pandemic in Persia: A Zoom Shpiel
Your Mount Zion staff and clergy tell the story of Purim, fit to our modern experience of the COVID-19 pandemic. All of the action takes place on the royal Zoom account, as a plague ravages the kingdom of Persia. It’s the familiar tale of King Achashverosh, Esther, Mordechai, and Haman—just in quarantine.
