Research shows that one of the best ways that we can help prepare our children to cope with discrimination and intolerance is by being open about it. Heilicher is proud to host “Real Conversations: Talking to Your School-Age Children About Anti-Semitism” on Tuesday, January 28, 7-8:30 p.m. at the Barry Family Campus. We will be joined by Leah Persky, Jewish Family and Children’s Service (JFCS) Family Life Education Program Manager and Jill Kozberg, MA, LP, Licensed Psychologist and Program Manager for the Counseling Department at JFCS. The program will include an interactive discussion and an inter-generational panel.
This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required at www.hmjds.org.
Sponsored by the Kelen Family Foundation.
