Heritage Judaica Pop-Up Event
Looking for a gift for a b’nai mitzvah? Need a new seder plate, tallit or kiddush cup? Find them at the JCC’s pop-up with Heritage Judaica, a local organization that accepts donations** of Judaica and redistributes them for free to the Jewish community. No money is exchanged – simply take what you would like.
This program is offered in tandem with The Shmita Project art exhibit (June 13–August 10). In the shmita year, the end of a seven-year cycle in the Hebrew calendar, debts are forgiven and resources are shared. Visit the art gallery to learn more about shmita through stunning multi-disciplinary artworks. For more information about The Shmita Project exhibit, please visit minnesotajcc.org.
