Klezmer Fusion Workshop with Klezmerson

Klezmerson is a Mexico City based quartet that has toured the world presenting their unique approach to modern klezmer, rock, and jazz music. The group has performed as part of John Zorn Masada Marathons and at New York’s The Village Vanguard.

Klezmerson offers a collaborative workshop that offers insight into Klezmerson’s compositional and performance approaches, fusing Jewish music traditions with traditional Mexican musics. Open to all who would like to attend as spectators or performers. Musicians and students please bring your instrument.
