Makom Fridays with Rabbi Aaron Weininger

Makom, the Hebrew word for space, reanimates ancient Jewish wisdom for today. Makom is a project of Adath Jeshurun Congregation. Join Makom as we celebrate Shabbat with new and familiar faces through soulful prayer and delicious food, a space to unwind, and the sweet ruach (energy) of community. Be part of sharing Shabbat with us and pop over when you can. We are everybody friendly.

One way we build community is through good food. We’re known to have a few gourmet cooks and bakers and some take-out pros who know how to order. Makom attendees bring a dairy or vegetarian dish. Challah, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Details on what to bring each Friday are included on the Makom Facebook page & website.

Free–everyone welcome
