NCJW and League of Women Voters event
Two historic women’s organizations come together at a critical time for a conversation about the 2022 Midterm Elections.
Join National Council of Jewish Women CEO Sheila Katz and League of Women Voters CEO Virginia Kase Solomón for a virtual Town Hall to get informed and excited about the voting landscape this year.
Writing a personalized letter is proven to be one one of the most effective ways to help increase voter turnout.
That’s why National Council of Jewish Women is once again partnering with Vote Forward, a national voter turnout project that allows you to Get Out The Vote (GOTV) from home.
We know that voting cannot address every issue we care about, but it is foundational to the democratic process. And we know that GOTV efforts are critical to maximize voter participation.
Getting involved is really easy. Just sign up through NCJW’s Vote Forward portal (or through your state’s or Section’s portal here). Then, write letters to potential voters in underrepresented communities about why you vote. Send 5 letters… or 500! It’s as simple as it out sounds, but it’s proven to be effective.
In 2020, NCJW volunteers sent tens of thousands of letters to voters across the country and we know this made a big impact on voter turnout.
