Mussar, a centuries-old Jewish spiritual practice, offers practical ways to live a meaningful, ethical life and apply Jewish wisdom to our daily lives and relationships. This fall, join Hineni’s Seeds of Mussar Group (va’ad) for bi-weekly sessions in which we’ll explore character traits including humility (anavah), patience (savlanut), honor (kavod), and compassion (rachamim) in an atmosphere of curiosity, community, and confidentiality. Engage in meaningful discussions, journaling, partner (chevruta) study and contemplative practices to align your actions with Jewish values.
Our group will begin in-person at Talmud Torah in St. Paul every other Wednesday from 9:30-11:30 a.m., starting on November 13; in the wintery months, we may shift to Zoom. Join us in an engaging journey to deepen your connections with self, others and Judaism. Space is limited to 12 participants. Register now!
Join us for a free Information Session to learn more!
