We are excited to announce Aleph Preschool is partnering with Odam Medical Group to administer COVID-19 vaccine clinics here at Beth El Synagogue for ages 6 months to 5 years’ old. This clinic is open to all children – no need to be enrolled in Aleph Preschool to participate!
We will be offering the Moderna vaccine. No registration or appointments necessary. Please complete THIS FORM before arriving for the vaccine. (We will have forms available on the day if not completed ahead of time)
There will be ice-cream treats for everyone, on the way out!
