Temple Israel looks forward to welcoming Chef Ottolenghi. Join us for a conversation about his imaginative way of preparing beautiful food, his culinary and cultural influences, and how his love of vegetables became a worldwide phenomenon. Everything is on the table during this evening of conversation with one of the world’s most beloved chefs.
Chef Yotam Ottolenghi is an award-winning restaurateur and author of numerous best-selling cookbooks. He grew up in Jerusalem to parents of Italian and German descent, and spent childhood summers in Italy. Based in London, where he co-owns fine dining restaurants and specialty food shops, he spends much of his time creating and testing recipes for his regular columns in the Guardian and The New York Times. He lives in London with his husband and two young sons.
