Yiddish Sing-Along with Lea Kalisch

Do you love the Barry Sisters? Theodore Bikel? Remember a Yiddish lullaby your grandmother used to sing? Join actress and singer Lea Kalisch for an evening of communal Yiddish singing.

No expertise is necessary, everyone is welcome! We will sing together, schmooze and nosh and reminisce about the greatest Yiddish hits. And always be ready to shake your tukhes!

Lea Kalisch is a Swiss Jewish international touring actress and singer. Some know her as the “Eshet Chayil of Hip Hop” or in her alter ego REBBETZIN LEA. She performs a variety of concerts in the Twin Cities, on the East Coast and across Europe. She’s worked with the National Yiddish Theater Folksbiene, has starred in multiple OFF-Broadway shows and was recently seen in The Wanderers at The Six Points Theater.
