The Heilicher Minneapolis Jewish Day School is seeking to hire an energetic, perceptive, and disciplined professional to join the Heilicher Office team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking to hire a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake afternoon receptionist and clerical duties. The position is the “face” of the school for all visitors and will be responsible for creating a great first impression. Our priority is making guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while maintaining our students’ safety. Duties to include, but are not limited to, answering and redirecting phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining the highest standards of security, and light administrative duties.
