I haven’t established a tradition of daily gift giving during Hanukkah. But this is the year my children get eight gifts, even if they’re lame gifts. Advice?
There is no universal way to be a Jew. It is what you and yours make of it.
What kids really want, need, crave and create memories around is simply the act of being together. Formal or casual, it all counts. And it’s all sigh-worthy.
