Uriel Lewis was toiling away as an educator when he decided that he was going to leave the workforce to be a stay at home dad. But that time at home gave him the opportunity to work on a passion of his – baking. This led to the February opening of his home-based bakery, Uriel’s Bake Shop. We discuss the art of a good sourdough bread, (editor’s note: I can attest, his is fantastic), what led him to this new path, and life as a stay-at-home dad to three kids in this week’s Who The Folk Podcast.
