Noodle Kugel Recipe
8oz. Pkg medium cut egg noodles
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
½ cup melted butter
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
3 beaten eggs
Scant teaspoon cinnamon and sugar mixed
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
1.Cook and drain noodles.
2.Combine with remaining ingredients (except cinnamon/sugar)
3.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes uncovered in greased 9X13 pan.
4.Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar and bake an additional 15 minutes at 400 or until browned on top.
