Job Summary/Description:
We are looking to add to our salon/salon associate team. We have prime locations in the exclusive 50th & France lifestyle area, and the busy Wayzata shopping and dining area.
A la Mode is an exclusive fashion and home accessory boutique with a luxurious nail spa that blends together a sophisticated, yet social and comfortable atmosphere.
Our front sales/salon associates are focused on providing our clients with a superior customer service from the time they walk in the door. We create an environment that our clients want to return to multiple times a month.
Our talented and expertly trained technical staff achieves an unmatched level of service with pampering and ultra-hygienic, chemical-free nail treatments using the most innovative nail protocols on the market.
Must love client interaction, a fast-paced environment, love product and love a boutique nail care environment. Must be available to work a set schedule including weekends

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Part Time Hours – great for moms who want to be at home when the kids get on the school bus in the morning and off in the afternoon. 15-20 hours a week, some weekends. Great for college students with flexibility in their schedule. Great for high school students who can work afternoon evening shifts (4–7 p.m.) and weekends.
Responsible for setting up for appointments, sterilization in between clients, product sales, welcoming clients, scheduling appointments etc.
Experience and Qualification Requirements:
Retail sales experience preferred, but not required
