Job Summary/Description:
TITLE Boxing Club, the Nation’s #1 fastest growing fitness franchise is looking for a full time, sales oriented Manager for our established Edina location. TITLE is rapidly expanding in Minnesota and we need a career minded manager who is PASSIONATE about fitness who wants to grow with us!
The successful candidate will be part of the management team for our non-contact group fitness facilities. We utilize boxing/kickboxing techniques and equipment to give our members an unmatched workout. The individual offered the position will be responsible for knowing our members by name and insuring they have an exciting, rewarding experience that is far more than just a workout. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include:
*Day to day club management reporting to GM.
*Selling fitness memberships
*Prospecting potential members
*Participate in the hiring, training and managing of the staff
*Maintain a clean and safe club environment
*Meet monthly goals for new memberships, personal training and retail sales
*Participate in as well as organize promotional events
*Pursue new Corporate Membership partners and establish rapport with local businesses *Oversight of club operations
*Take a genuine interest in our members experience and preventing attrition.
Experience and Qualification Requirements:
Required Experience:
*Minimum 1-3 years of management and sales experience
*Health club experience preferred
*Fitness, martial arts or boxing background a plus
*While no boxing experience is necessary, the successful candidate must have a fitness level to excel in our POWER HOUR classes.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
