As part of the St. Paul Jewish Community Planning Priority to inspire giving, the Jewish Federation of Greater St. Paul hosted a Mitzvah Crawl at JFS. The visit included a volunteer opportunity and a chance to learn about the important work done at JFS.
During the event, participants got a taste of what a day in the life of JFS is like from the perspective of clients and staff with hands-on activities including Dr. Mitch Wittenberg’s creative problem solving exercise, learning what is involved in a case management care assessment, and enjoying a Kosher Meals on Wheels dinner.
