Growing up a Jew of Color in Minneapolis, Sara Greenhalgh experienced more than her fair share of racism in Jewish spaces. Those experiences have helped direct her to the variety of work she’s doing now. We talk about a new program she launched for Mayyim Hayyim Living Waters Community Mikveh, her work for Edot Midwest Regional Jewish Racial Justice Collaborative, and the costs of dealing with racism in the Jewish community—on this week’s Who The Folk?! Podcast.
