The perfect book hadn’t been written to help Mia Nosanow as a mental health professional at Macalester College in St. Paul. So, she wrote it herself, and The College Student’s Guide to Mental Health: Essential Wellness Strategies for Flourishing in College was released earlier this year. We talk about what led to writing this book, why it took more than 15 years to complete, and some of the challenges facing college students and adolescents, on this week’s Who The Folk?! Podcast.
