Passover is just getting started, but if you’re anything like us you’re already looking forward to it being over. We already have dreams of bowls of spaghetti, pizzas as big as the moon, and mounds and mounds of bread. Mozza Mia, an excellent Italian place at 50th and France wants to help you out.
Doesn’t that look delicious? Even if you’re eating bread all week, it’s still hard to pass up a pizza and pasta buffet. And we have two tickets to giveaway to the party! Just post in the comments below the food or drink you most hate giving up for Passover (or would hate to give up if you kept it). We’ll draw a winner at random Friday afternoon.

In the meantime, enjoy some maztah pizza recipes thought up by Mozza Mia’s head chef:
Spring veggies: sliced tomato, yellow squash, zucchini, fresh herbs and goat cheese. Thinly slice vegetables and arrange over the matzo, top with crumbled goat cheese and bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes.
Spicy Mediterranean: spicy tomato sauce, kalamata olives, cauliflower, sliced almonds and feta cheese. Layer olives and almonds over the tomato sauce, top with crumbled feta cheese and bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes.
