In this variation, the good doctor travels the world looking for the Great Pink Sea Snail, the oldest and wisest creature on earth. Um. Heh. I don’t know about you, but it sounds like someone was smoking some major kind of bud when they came up with this idea for a story.

Hmmm…let’s take a look at the newest installment of the TCJ Film Festival. It’s a comedy called “Are You Joking?” Looking at the synopsis, the filmmakers clearly never met a cliché they didn’t like. We’ve got a NY 20-something (Check!) with a Jewish overbearing mother (Check!), a disapproving sister (Check!). No Joke.
