Job Summary/Description:
Temple of Aaron, a 900+ family congregation in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Youth Advisor/Experiential Educator to assist our Engagement Director and Cantor/Educator for the 2016-2017 school year (mid-August-May). Please apply to be a part of our award winning program and gain experience in youth and education work.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Youth Advisor/Experiential Educator is responsible for:
Assisting Engagement Director with programming for youth 2nd
Working in our Wednesday afternoon experiential education program
Assisting in running teen lounge nights on Wednesday evenings
Involved in major youth department programs, including but not limited to:
- Annual play
- Purim programming
- Other holiday programming
Teach formally in our educational Sunday school
Help to lead our youth High Holyday programming
