Amy Cohen is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Burnet out of the Minneapolis Lakes office. Amy is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities (Edina), she attended the University of Minnesota and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and her Teaching Licensure (just shy of A masters). In2007 she decided it was time to make a change to residential real estate. Amy has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since June of 2007.
Amy has been specializing solely in the residential side of real estate for the past 12 years. She has sold homes, condos and townhomes from ranging in price from $25,000 to $2,000,000 throughout the entire metro area and beyond. She prides herself on the fact that 85% of her business comes from referrals from friends, family and past clients. Many clients end up as friends which is a huge perk of the business! Amy loves to educate her clients throughout the whole process of selling or buying, and help them make wise choices in the real estate market to maximize their future selling potential and profits. Amy personally guides her clients through each step of the process toward a successful closing, and does not rely on team members. The goal of the process is for the client to be so satisfied with their experience that they provide the ultimate compliment- the referral of their friends and family!
With over $100 million in real estate sales, Amy has a strong understanding of this constantly evolving marketplace. In 2018 Amy sold over $20 Million worth of real estate earning her a place in the top 50 agents within Coldwell Banker Burnet and induction into the Presidents Club. She has been named a “Super Real Estate Agent” and a “Best Real Estate Agent” multiple times by Mpls St. Paul Magazine, Minnesota Monthly, Twin Cities Business and is in the top 3% of agents nationwide. Amy also currently sits on two committees within the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, the Global Business Council, and the Government Affairs committee.
Amy is married to Josh Rissman and they have two kids, Charles (5.5) and Jack (2). In her free time she loves to travel and explore new places (especially the beach), or explore all the places the Twin Cities has to offer!
My name is Talor Blustin, I am 21 years old, and a Junior at the University of Minnesota. I am majoring in Marketing and Nonprofit Management, which gives me a unique look into both the for-profit and non-profit worlds every day. I grew up in Plymouth, Minn., and continue to be active in the Jewish community both on and off campus. I am a Master Teacher for Beth El’s TaRBuT program, while holding a data marketing internship and an Israel Advocacy internship with Minnesota Hillel, the house manager position for Chabad, and do a little work with a non-profit I started, called Project Recognize, which aims to facilitate conversations between college students and the homeless population to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. It is probably safe to say that I love being involved in a diverse array of things! On the for-profit side, I have worked as a marketing intern for Lumberyard Pub in Afton, and Mauer Chevrolet/Buick/GMC in Inver Grove Heights, MN and will be working for RSM as a Marketing and Communications intern this summer. I’m super excited for that opportunity!
Giving back to the Jewish community and trying to inspire and uplift others to create their ideal lives is something that I am incredibly passionate about. As I go through school, I have been taking just about every opportunity I can so that I can develop a massive array of experience to be able to work with others, no matter the setting. I am super excited to move further into the business community in the Twin Cities and beyond, and cannot wait to hopefully collaborate with you all in the future! If anyone needs marketing or non-profit help in the future, I’d be happy to help or refer you to a friend that can help.

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” –Maya Angelou
Jonathan London has been driven by a passion for his 20-plus year career in the financial industry. He manages investments for individuals, families, and businesses throughout the United States. It started with a summer job at Richfield Bank & Trust, followed by Smith Barney in Madison, The Chicago Board of Options Exchange and LaSalle Bank, UBS Financial Services, and now as an Independent Investment Advisor.
When Jonathan is not researching, investing, or conversing with clients, he is serving his local city as a New Hope City Council member. His passion carries over into his civic duties advocating for residential housing and commercial redevelopment. In 2017, Jonathan spent ten days in the Republic of China (Taiwan) along with eight other young civic leaders from across the United States to promote international, educational, and cultural exchange to develop mutual understanding between the people of the U.S. and Taiwan. As if his career and city responsibilities were not enough, he also coaches the state champion Robbinsdale Spanish Immersion School chess club!
It’s not all business all of the time as Jonathan has a keen eye for detail which is often seen in his bold clothing and shoe choices (or his sport coats and pocket squares). He also enjoys reading books on behavioral psychology, cognitive biases, and heuristics, following the financial markets, mastering homemade pizza, finding new whiskeys, cycling, golfing, and gardening. His green thumb can be seen each summer in front of the Gan Shelanu preschool at the Adath Jeshurun Congregation.
Jonathan and his wife Alison love living in the Twin Cities along with their two kids, Matthew (12) and Lauren (8). Jonathan graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a triple major in Accounting, Finance and Economics, and a certificate in International Business. While all four are Bucky Badger fans, Jonathan still roots for his childhood favorite, the Golden Gophers!
Ariella Forstein is a Vocal Empowerment Coach, and founder of The Ariella Approach, a vocal empowerment company that helps speakers, singers, entrepreneurs & executives harness the power of their authentic voice for stage and presentation.
As a baby, I’d stand up in the crib late at night and coo. My grandmother would say, “Club Ariella’s open!” With a desire to sing, make sound, and express myself, I found myself excelling in all things music; first, training for my Bat Mitzvah, where the Cantor took me under his wing and taught me the extra challenging cantorial melodies. And then in public school, my choir director encouraged me to take voice lessons, which enabled me to excel in state-wide competitions.
Though incredibly shy, I found liberation on the stage, so I worked through my shyness to pursue what I loved.
My degree in vocal performance, and studying music and self-expression in Ghana, Bulgaria, Israel, Greece and elsewhere, and experience as a vocal coach and entrepreneur in the competitive landscape of Los Angeles prepared me to help people dig deep to move through their blocks and express themselves freely.
Touring the country with a few different bands gave me the steadfast confidence to rock the stage at any level in any circumstance. This enables me to have deep compassion for the process of my client, no matter if they’re a first-time public speaker, or have been performing/presenting their whole lives.
My TEDx Talk gives will give you a colorful, experiential sample of who I am and what I do. Enjoy, and reach out if you’re inspired! I’d love to connect with you. BlesSings!
