Bob Nemer was a college student at the University of Minnesota when he and a few friends dragged some of their artwork to the corner of Lake and Hennepin in Minneapolis, giving birth to what is now the Uptown Art Fair. But his artistic journey started years earlier with a piece of coal, his basement floor, and a mother that didn’t get angry at her young son. We talk about where his art has taken him, where he finds inspiration, and how he takes his art off the canvas and to other mediums, on this week’s Who The Folk?! Podcast.
