Want to invite more curiosity and playfulness into your spiritual practices and life? Come join Twin Cities Jewish Renewal Community to co-create a space together for exploration through movement, stillness, sound and story.

Learn a simple tool, based in neuroscience, for turning on curiosity in the brain. Curiosity is really a superpower to lessen stress and awaken interest and discover expanded possibilities.

We will use simple techniques that are inspired by InterPlay to promote a playful sense of ease and an authentic sense of connection both to yourself and others.
