Embodying Movement with a Jewish Lens

Join Rabbi Sandra in the park to practice different movement modalities, including yoga and brain-based wellness techniques, in a playful and welcoming Jewish context. Explore what it feels like to embody practices such as prayer, Torah study, and the Hebrew letters. This is an opportunity to improve balance, agility, and strength while experiencing the sacred within our individual selves and the world around us.

Rabbi Sandra Razieli enjoys weaving together her experiences as a certified yoga instructor, neuro trainer and Jewish educator, to create movement practices that support people to move better and therefore feel better. Sandra lives on Maui but grew up in Minnesota and loves to spend extensive time here in the summer. She has been teaching movement practices for over twenty years. You can read more about her at www.raziyoga.com and www.mauirabbi.com
