Are you ready to try something new? The Key Engagement Fellowship is an innovative way to create and cultivate relationships with other Twin Cities Jews and yourself.

Throughout 9 months (1 meeting per month, June 2018 – Feb 2019), Fellows will be trained how to have meaningful 1:1 engagement, working to form relationships in the networks of their everyday lives. There is no sell, no ask, no money, and no metrics. Fellows will become the keys to open and reinvent what being Jewish looks like in the Twin Cities.

At the end of their 9 months, fellows will be given resources to create their own unique capstone project based on the conversations they’ve had and the relationships they’ve built.

Because this is the pilot cohort, we are excited that the parameters of this experience are flexible. All the fellows in this first cohort will have the opportunity to shape the course of this Fellowship for themselves and future cohorts.

This Fellowship is open to all individuals who are creative, personable, and excited about the future. No prior religious experience necessary, though applicants should self-identify as Jewish. Ideally applicants would be post-grad, pre-family.
