You’re Invited to “Raise the Roof” with Tzedakah Bowl and the Minneapolis Jewish Federation Young Leadership on December 25th!
The Minneapolis Jewish Federation Young leadership Tzedakah Bowl XIV is going to “Raise the Roof” on December 25th at the Metrodome. Don’t miss out on the family-friendly activities and games! Motivated and dedicated committees of volunteers take their personal time to plan this event. Since its creation, attendance has increased yearly. This year they hope for over 250 players in the football tournament and over 300 in total attendance!
The Tzedakah Bowl is an annual event that occurs on Christmas Day; it is planned and executed by the Minneapolis Jewish Federation. The formal goal of this event is providing activities to the Jewish Community on Christmas.
The day consists of football being played on the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome field and families activities. This unique event allows adults and kids a chance to play in a professional stadium, and creates a Jewish community on a day where there is little to do. This year they have a plethora of family activities including a 36-foot obstacle course, face painters, balloon twisters, arts and crafts donated from creative kidstuff. A light breakfast will be served.
COST: $18 for individual players and $20 for families
TIME: 8:15 AM to 03:00 PM
LOCATION: Hubert H. Humprey Metrodome, 900 S 5th St, Minneapolis, MN, 55415
