When a young woman decides to say kaddish for her grandfather, she learns finding a year’s worth of people for a year’s worth of minyans isn’t easy. Her journey involves convincing her pole-dancer friend and a porn-loving business partner—plus a motley crew of others including older adults, day-school students and dogwalkers—to join her.
