This Thursday June 7 is the NextGen Summer ServiceFEST at Summit Brewery!
This fun, free event combines all the best things about summer. Beer. Fun. Friends. More Beer. And the chance to do good.
As you meet and mingle you’ll have the opportunity to help fight childhood hunger. We’ll assemble bags of food specifically for kids whose families go to STEP—The St. Louis Park Emergency Program Food Shelf. Our goal is to pack 300 food bags in one night!
During the event you’ll also earn tokens by playing games and networking. Then, at the end of the night use your tokens to vote for the JFCS program that you want to support. Based on your votes we’ll divide money that has already been raised through the NextGen Fund!
And just like summer camp, the fun begins on the bus. Catch a free ride from downtown or the The West End. If you work downtown the bus will leave Gluek’s near Target Center at 5:45 p.m. From St. Louis Park, catch the CRAVE, West End bus at 6 p.m.
To RSVP email Zoe Stern at [email protected] and tell her which bus you’ll ride, or if you plan to drive yourself. And please drink responsibly. Overnight parking is available in close proximity to both bus pickup sites. Please plan accordingly to stay safe.
All the fun is free including great samples of Summit Beer. So start your summer fun right at the NextGen ServiceFEST!
