TC Jewfolk: Are you from the Twin Cities?
Eddie: Born in Seoul, South Korea. Adopted and Raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
TCJ: You’re a marketing manager for various music venues in town. What’s the best part about your job?
Eddie: Variety of responsibilities and working with different kinds of people. I love doing social media and building my own social media company, EHK Media and Management.
TCJ: Are you involved in any other TC organizations?
Eddie: I volunteer with Special Olympics.
TCJ: What’s your favorite Jewish holiday?
Eddie: Chanukah, it’s that one time I of year that I get a chance to get together with my entire family.
TCJ: What’s your favorite Jewish food?
Eddie: Challah Bread. I like to break the fast with it.
TCJ: Who is the coolest Jew?
Eddie: My father. He is my role model.
TCJ: What’s your favorite fall activity?
Eddie: Preparing my mind for winter.
TCJ: What’s your favorite thing to do in the cities (any time of year)?
Eddie: Boating on Lake Minnetonka with my friends and family.
TCJ: What else do you do for fun?
Eddie: Work, Work, Work and then sleep!
