The St. Paul JCC will be celebrating its fourth annual Summer Soiree event. The theme, this year, is casino night. The fun-filled festivities will include disco music, cocktails (and mocktails), gambling (no bookies necessary!) and a raffle with some awesome prizes, some of which include:
