Kivens was previously seen at MJTC in Church & State, Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins, Natasha and the Coat, and was recognized by Lavender Magazine as a Best Supporting Actress for her role as Muriel in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Minneapolis Musical Theatre).
She talks about what it’s like to star in her first one-woman show, the deeply personal nature of this particular play, and what she looks for as she chooses roles, in this week’s Who The Folk Podcast.
You can find the podcast below, but we are also on Apple Podcasts, Google Play, and Stitcher. Please subscribe, rate, and review. And of course, if you have suggestions of others who would be great subjects, let us know!
