Sara Weber Warren

Sara Warren is the Office Manager for the Brandless office in Minneapolis. After 14 months in this role, Sara would say that taking this role was the best professional decision she ever made.

Prior to Brandless, Sara worked in the financial industry as an Insurance Specialist.
She also has experience in the restaurant, retail and social service fields.

Each of these roles and experiences have contributed to her success in her current position.
Sara’s responsibilities as Office Manager at Brandless are vast! The team has grown more than 300% in the past year and she is overseeing the team’s second move, this time to a new building. Her role is diverse, and never boring. At times she is a caterer, a contractor manager, a designer, a merchant, an executive assistant and a housekeeper.

When asked to comment on her job, Sarasays: ” 14 mos in and I can still say this job does not feel like work. I no longer have the Sunday blues and love coming into the office everyday no matter how many times my boss says “don’t kill me but….”

Sara’s most important job is wife to Marc and mom to Raya.

Tom Yehouda Moreimi

Tom is Principal Consultant / CEO of Moveo Consulting – a firm specializing in Organizational Development & Change Management, helping develop highly-capable leaders and organizations. After years of experience in both large and medium-size companies in industries such as healthcare, aerospace / defense, and manufacturing, he decided to start his own firm in 2017. His method to engage clients entails diagnosing personnel or organizational challenges; then designing and implementing developmental plans, programs orchange initiatives yielding quick wins with tangible results. His approach is unique due to his communication style, empathetic leadership skills, and quantitative methodology. His success is attributed to the way he professionally develops people and organizations in an effective and reputable way.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree, with honors, in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Tom enjoys the outdoors with his wife and two kids, including: hiking, running, yoga, biking, and cross-country skiing. He is an accomplished musician; and having been a cooking class instructor, he’s in his happy place throwing dinner parties for friends and family.

Louis Engler

Louis Engler is a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual, working with Individuals, families, and business owners. He is passionate about helping clients reach their goals while reducing the stress that can come with finances and money. Long-term client relationships are built on trust, transparency, and innovative planning solutions. His team’s integrated planning approach helps build an achievable, flexible financial plan with the right mix of insurance and investment strategies to help achieve your goals. Insurance planning includes lifeinsurance, disability income Insurance, long-term care insurance and annuities. Investment strategies range from retirement planning, savings for college/education or saving for a down payment for your first home. Louis also works with many business owners helping to asses and manage risk, implement employee benefit and retention solutions, as well as plan for smooth business ownership transitions.

In addition to his work as a Financial Advisor, Louis also is a Growth Development Director at his office. In this role, he helps to recruit, train and develop new Financial Advisors. He also is in charge of the office internship program which has been ranked as a top ten internship in the country for multiple years.

Louis grew up in Orono, Minnesota and went on to attend the University of Kansas. He was recognized earlier this year by Finance and Commerce as a ‘Rising Young Professional’ for his success in business, and impact in the community. Louis enjoys staying active, hanging out on Lake Minnetonka, and spending time with friends and family. He also loves to network and be a connecter in the community!

Wendy Zimmerman Jacobson
