Just six years ago, Jewfolk, Inc. had a staff of two. Today, we’re thrilled to talk fifth full-time staffer (to go along with three less-than-full-time staffers), Carli Shapiro, Jewfolk’s first-ever Development Officer. We talk about where her desire to work in the non-profit world comes from, what brought her to the Twin Cities, and what she brings to Jewfolk, on this week’s Who The Folk?! Podcast.

I first met Carli Shapiro at Hillel’s maroon & gold Shabbot event and then a year later when she took a class on fund raising at the Carlson School of Business. I was immediately impressed with her people skills and ability to connect. I’m thrilled she’s moved back to Mn from Milwaukee and Jewfolk will love having her onboard as their newest staff member. Yasher Koach, Carli!!!
Best,
