Adam Bohanan Presents: A Very Funky Hanukkah Show

December is a joyous holiday season for all. Though the best music so far has been Christmas music…NOT ANYMORE! This show will celebrate Hanukkah music! 

Growing up Black and Jewish, Adam Bohanan always found himself torn between two worlds. Loving his roots in both cultures, he decided to bring them together with a Hanukkah show. Inspired by his favorite Hanukkah song of all time, “8 Days Of Hanukkah” by Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Adam set out to combine Soul, Funk, and R’n’B with the rich history of Judaism and his childhood memories. 

The show will showcase a variety of funky and soulful Hanukkah songs. There will be modern takes on Hanukkah classics, and all-new Hanukkah music written exclusively for the show! 

This event is organized by singer-songwriter Adam Bohanan. He plays shows around the Twin Cities and tours nationwide. Last year he was a semi-finalist on Season 26 of The Voice on Team Reba. This show will also feature many other talented Jews and gentiles from the Twin Cities!
